Quorum of the Board of Trustees' Meetings
Meetings of the Board of Trustees are legal in the presence of the majority of all its members. If such a number is not attained then the meeting will be postponed to a second meeting scheduled at least 8 days after the first one and at most 15 days. The second meeting will be considered legal in the presence of one-third of the total membership. If this number is not attained in second meeting then the meeting will be postponed for 1 hour and will be legal with any number of members present..
