Meetings of Board of Directors
The Board of Directors holds it periodical meetings upon the request of its Chairman. There should be a minimum number of six sessions per year. During special meetings, only subjects of concern, included in the call for meeting, are discussed. The Chairman should call for a meeting when one third of the Board members requested that in writing. The meeting will be held within thirty days of submitting the request.
