We would like to congratulate Alumni Salman AlMutawa from the Class of 2016 on becoming a Finalist in the Essex Court Chambers Moot. This was Salman's first moot, which was held at the Supreme Court and judged by Lord Philips, the Inaugural President of the Supreme Court and Roderick Cordara QC of Essex Court Chambers. He won his ground of response, coming in at 2nd place overall. He is the only 1st Year Law student to progress to the finals of this moot, competing against postgraduates. He independently learned the law of trusts for this moot as it is not taught in the first year. Salman is currently studying Law at The Dickinson Poon School of Law at King's College London.
